UCNS is accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year (Sept 2025-June 2026)!

  These students must be at least 3 years old by December 1, 2025. 

To apply for enrollment for your child, please submit:

1. An application form (apply online by filling out the form below, or contact us by phone at (607) 266-9680 or email our Registrar to receive a paper application to mail to UCNS)
2. A copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport (scan and email or send by postal mail). Postal mail can be sent to:

3. A non-refundable $25 application fee. This fee is required for all new and returning families and covers administrative expenses. Those filing the application online have the option of paying the application fee by Paypal. The application fee can also be paid by check (payable to “UCNS”) and mailed to UCNS at the above address.

Note: Submitted applications will not be considered complete until the application form, proof of birth and application fee are all received. Applications must be complete before children are enrolled at UCNS.

Enrollment Timeline for the 2025-2026 school year:

Families with returning students and/or siblings of current or former UCNS students are eligible to apply for priority enrollment. Our priority enrollment deadline for eligible families is March 15, 2025.

All other applications received will be considered on a rolling admissions basis with acceptances beginning on March, 16 2025.
